LookKnock Terms of Service

Effective November 4, 2026. LookKnock is operated by Flocality LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Flocality", "we", "us"). These Terms are a contract between Flocality and the contractor using LookKnock ("you").

1. What LookKnock is

LookKnock is a tool for roofing and exterior contractors. You tap a house you have seen from the street. For each tap, the Service tries to identify the house, prepare a roof report in your company's name from public property, weather and imagery data, look up the property owner's contact details through a third-party data provider, and email the report to the owner on your behalf. You then follow up in person or by phone.

By creating an account or buying reports you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use LookKnock for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

2. Reports and payment

LookKnock is paid per report. Reports are bought in advance in packs, at the prices shown in the app, and never expire. Three reports are free when you open an account and enter your company name, phone and mailing address. One tap uses one report. If the Service cannot match a house to your tap, cannot write the report, or finds neither a phone number nor an email address for the owner, the report is returned to your account automatically. In every other case the report is spent when the tap is processed, whether or not you later contact the owner. An email can bounce or go unread, and no one can promise delivery; the report and the owner's contact details are yours either way, and the app tells you when an email did not go through so you can call or show the report at the door. "Not this one" lets you switch to the next house along at no extra cost for ten minutes after a tap, twice at most.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Packs are one-time purchases; nothing renews. Purchased reports are not refundable for cash except where the law requires it.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for everything sent in your company's name. In particular you agree to:

4. What a report is, and is not

Everything in a report is an estimate prepared automatically from third-party data, including roof age, roof size, storm history and price. It is not an inspection, a measurement you should order materials from, or a quote. Data can be out of date or wrong: a roof may have been replaced since the imagery was taken, a lot may be matched to the wrong tap, an owner's details may belong to a previous owner. You confirm everything on site before you sell. Flocality makes no promise that any report will lead to a job.

Owner contact details come from a third-party provider and are supplied for your own follow-up on that house. You may not resell them, build lists from them, or use them for anything else.

5. Homeowners

Reports, emails and the storm-claim agreement go out in your company's name, and you are the party the homeowner is dealing with. Any agreement a homeowner signs through the Service is between you and the homeowner; Flocality is not a party to it and provides the agreement template as a convenience, not as legal advice. Have your own lawyer confirm it suits your state and your business.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to harass anyone, to contact people who have opted out, to scrape or copy its data, to probe or overload it, or in any way that breaks the law. We may suspend or close accounts that do, without a refund of reports used in breach.

7. Ownership

The Service, its software, scoring, designs and templates belong to Flocality or its licensors. For each report you buy, you get a right to use that report and the data in it for your own business. Your company name, logo and content stay yours; you give us permission to use them to produce your reports and emails.

8. Availability and changes

The Service depends on outside data providers and may be unavailable or incomplete at times. We may change features, prices for future purchases and these Terms. Material changes to these Terms are announced in the app or by email and take effect 14 days later; using the Service after that means you accept them.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. To the fullest extent the law allows, Flocality's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and Flocality is not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect or consequential damages.

10. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Flocality and its members, officers and suppliers from any claim, fine or cost arising from your use of the Service, from reports and messages sent in your name, or from your breach of these Terms or of any law on contacting consumers.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
