LookKnock Privacy Policy
Effective November 4, 2026. LookKnock is operated by Flocality LLC ("we", "us").
The short version. Contractors are our customers: we keep their account, company details, the houses they tap and what they bought. Homeowners are not our customers: a report about your home was prepared for, and sent by, the contractor named on it. Your address comes from public property records; your email or phone, when one was used, from a contact-data provider. We never sell anyone's details, and one click stops the emails.
1. Who this covers
Contractors who use LookKnock, homeowners who receive a report or sign an agreement through it, and property owners whose homes a contractor tapped. For homeowner details entered on a contractor's report page, the contractor is the business you are dealing with; we process those details on the contractor's behalf.
2. What we collect about contractors
- Your email address and sign-in codes; your company name, phone, mailing address, website, logo, colors, license, pricing and the wording you choose for your reports.
- The location of each tap (where the phone was when you tapped), the house matched to it, your notes, and the reports produced.
- What you bought. Card details go straight to Stripe; we see the card brand and last four digits, not the number.
- Basic technical logs (IP address, browser) to keep the Service working and to stop abuse.
3. What we collect about homes and homeowners
- Public property records: address, year built, lot and building facts, owner of record. From county and state records.
- Imagery and weather: aerial and street-level photographs of the roof and public storm history.
- Owner contact details: name, phone numbers and email addresses from a third-party contact-data provider, looked up only for a house a contractor has paid to tap. We check phone numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry and mark them so.
- What you tell the contractor: if you book an inspection or sign a storm-claim agreement, the name, phone, email and preferences you type go to that contractor.
4. How we use it
To match a tap to a house, prepare the report, send it in the contractor's name, show the contractor the owner's contact details, take payment, send receipts and alerts, keep the Service secure, and improve how well taps match houses. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use homeowner details for our own marketing.
5. Who else sees it
Service providers who help us run LookKnock: hosting (Netlify), email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe), mapping and imagery, property records, the contact-data provider, and an AI model provider that reads roof photos. Each sees only what its job needs. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
6. Stopping emails
Every emailed report has a "Don't email me again" link. One click, and no report is emailed to that address again, from any contractor using LookKnock. You can also reply to the email and tell the contractor to stop.
7. Keeping and deleting
Contractors can delete taps and close their account at any time by emailing us. Report links expire after 180 days. We keep purchase records as long as tax law requires. Homeowners can ask us to delete the details held about their home or themselves; email us with the address and we will handle it within 30 days.
8. Children
LookKnock is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
9. Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially, we will say so in the app and update the date above. Questions or requests: support@lookknock.com. Flocality LLC, New Jersey.
